Seeking experienced Maintenance Crewleaders for our Oregon and Washington operations. This person will perform onsite as well as offsite supervision of crews and day to day tasks. Ability to manage crews ranging in size from 2-10, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts, operate various types of maintenance equipment and maintenance practices (various mowers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruners, irrigation controllers, water mgmt, pest control, etc.), read and understand zone charts. Previous irrigation experience a plus. Valid driver license is required for this position. English/Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsible for the overall management of one or more landscape installation projects. Position oversees the crew, equipment, customer contact, quality control, budget management, production scheduling, problem resolution and any other issues that pertain to the assigned job or crew.

Must have prior experience in complex landscape installations.  Knowledge of equipment operation, site grading / drainage, irrigation systems, local plant material and horticultural practices are expected.  

In addition, the Residential position requires expertise with water features, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, etc.

Must have valid driver's license. Bi lingual skills are a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Accepting resumes for immediate opening.  Excellent opportunity to expand our existing commercial landscape maintenance business.  Based from our west side corporate offices in Hillsboro, this position covers the greater Portland metropolitan region, including from Vancouver to Salem, Forest Grove to Gresham.  Must have past professional sales experience.  Experience related to commercial landscape maintenance is a plus.  This position works with commercial property owners and management firms to establish relationships leading to the sale of annual maintenance service.  Duties include Identification of potential properties, establishing the entire scope of work, measuring / estimating the project, creating and presenting the proposal, follow-up and closing the sale, coordinate a job site meeting to introduce the site crew to the customer and review scope of contracted work.  We are adding to our existing team of exceptional sales professionals.  Compensation package will be tailored for an experienced individual.  Apply on line.       

Requirements: 

• Must possess an Oregon Commercial Pesticide Applicators License
• Valid Oregon Drivers License
• Operation of spray truck, various hand sprayers, and fertilizer spreaders

Responsibilities: 

• Pesticide application and fertilizer application logs must be kept current at all times including PURS documentation
• Keep pesticide/fertilizer storage area clean and neat
• Must maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees
• Project a professional image at all times
• Ability to perform or assists various landscape enhancement tasks
• Communicate effectively with both employees and on site contacts
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on spray equipment
• All pesticide labels and MSDS sheets must be read and instructions followed

Compensation:  Wage will depend on experience.
